Launched last summer, our free French-language counselling program has more than proven its worth. This program allowed 35 people to finally have access to mental health support tailored to their needs.
Initially self-funded, the program began receiving funding from the BC government until March 2022. The project's future depended on the renewal of this funding, so we were immensely grateful and relieved to receive a donation from the Fondation des francophones de la Colombie-Britannique that will allow us to continue to offer the program with the certified clinical counsellor for the year 2022-2023.
