After two weeks of rest for the team, we are back and more motivated than ever to attack a month of January with an exciting program!
We are organizing an info-session on employment in our offices with our Work BC speakers on Monday January 9th, so don't hesitate to talk about it around you! But January is also important for two of our projects: the theatre-forum and Ensemble, our eco-solidarity thrift store.
We are launching a new series of improvisation workshops, but more importantly, this month will see the first intervention theater classes, as part of our forum theater project supported by the Canadian Heritage Community Cultural Action Fund. We are looking for actors to join our troupe (sign up)!
Finally, Ensemble, our eco-solidarity thrift store supported by the SDE, is offering its own program with several workshops (sewing classes / clothing repair, making beeswax lids, creating decorations from recycled elements), as well as the launch of our permanent offices dedicated to our beneficiaries.
