Artwork that promotes mental health support for all

Artist Michelle Mathias donated one of her pieces, "After Dinner Rush". The painting raised $600 after being auctioned during her "Eyes Open" exhibition at 312 Main.

The money raised will allow us to fund our French-language counselling program.

This project aims to give our members a chance to receive quality counselling in French, addressing a serious issue—more than 50% of our beneficiaries live with mental health problems. However, no affordable French-language mental-health services currently exist in the province.

Thanks to this program, our members will be able to be seen on an individual basis by a certified clinical counsellor, and participate in francophone support groups and expressive mediation workshops.

If you want to help us keep the program going, make a donation now.
